NEMESIS II will be available for purchase and not exclusive to the trailer music industry. This is the product of all your relentless emails, petitions and other attempts to make us release something to the public, and as you can see it’s paying off 🙂 Thanks for your support!

In addition to Nemesis II there will be an additional album called GENESIS which will also be available to the public. It will contain our most popular tracks from NEMESIS I and LEGEND as well as some completely new tracks.

Release dates

I’m getting this question a lot. When is Nemesis II due out? Truth is, I don’t know for sure. The music is still being written and produced, and a lot of work remains. I’m hoping to have it done before the end of 2009. Meanwhile Two Steps From Hell will continue to release new albums. Our next album is codenamed “Power of Darkness” and will please many of the more hardcore epic trailer music fans.

Vocals recorded on Ocean Princess

Yesterday we completed the final vocal recordings on a track titled “Ocean Princess” for Nemesis II. Merethe Soltvedt performed beautifully as always and took the music to new heights. She wrote elven lyrics for the piece, which gives it a very ethereal and smooth edge. The piece is a continuation in style and a counterpoint of the already well known piece “Merchant Prince”.

My music in the new Star Trek trailer #3
